Bearcats Buzz app for iPhone and iPad

Bearcats Buzz is a fun way for University of Cincinnati (UC) students, staff and faculty to share opinions through quick polls in exchange for free prizes. It is a survey app that was developed by two UC students to help improve customer service. Anyone with a UC email address can download the app and earn prizes, all for free. You’ll receive quick, 2-3 minute surveys about University of Cincinnati services, such as what you had for dinner at a campus eatery, fitness programs at Campus Rec, cleanliness and safety in your parking facility, and your shopping experience at the UC Bookstores.

Once you complete each survey, you’ll earn points that can be exchanged for prizes, such as $5 gift certificates for TUC food court and Starbucks, $10 certificates for Mick & Mack’s, free Bookstore merchandise, and even free money via your Bearcat Card. Just for downloading and taking your first survey, you can earn a free fountain drink or cup of coffee at Quick Mick’s, You can choose which surveys you wish to complete, and you will receive no more than two surveys each week.

Your opinions will be used by UC staff to better understand your preferences, roll out new products and services, and to improve service to you. Participation in the Bearcats Buzz surveys requires the collection of location data via your device so it is important to keep your GPS service enabled in order to receive new surveys and to redeem prizes.
